You're probably aware of the fact (or if you are not) that energy is crucial to making things done. You're probably standing every morning from bed and maybe not feel tired, but you don't know that you're energy levels could be much higher, about min. 100-20000% than you've got now.
- PLAN of ACTION with order of priority.
Before going sleep you take a piece of paper and you do the list of things you need to do in order to progress (you just make 1,2,3,4 number or A,B,C,D next to it) of what you need to do – where A (or "1") is the most important and needs to be done in the first place. Where until the point with "1" or "A" mark isn't done you not do things from "2" or "B" mark. It often appears that things that are the most hard are often marked "1" or "A" and need to be done first. You can't have time to make all the things, but you always have time to make the most important things. Delegate your work if possible (learn to delegate). Preparing the list for next day saves you time and energy, besides you're subconscious mind things about your goals in order to complete them – giving you ideas and clues on how to make them.
Working with the list would give you great advantage. Think it in this way: "I need to do it and when I would do it I would have lots (many) more time for leisure". It should be enough. Do you know yet how miraculously you would feel after you done it? - SPLIT you work on parts.
Giant cake is hard to eat at once, but on parts it seems much easier to eat it, where doing "parts" it's not so much scary like the ALL cake. DO YOUR WORK IN VERY SMALL / SMALL PARTS everyday. Where here is very important: "systematic work". You always do in systematic work more than in "rush", one time things. Everything is cyclical, get use to that. - CONSTANTLY MOVE YOUR COMFORT ZONE.
In the work you would very often find (especially on the beginning) things, which are not comfortable for you or rather:those that you fear (not want to do) like going for the allowance, approaching unknown girl and starting a talk (or rather: set of girls). By facing you're fear (even if it means shaking and couldn't say a word) moves your comfort zone of things: which you can do (after a few tryouts). You learn them and you start to feel comfortable and situations & fears from past seem funny in the time perspective.
After you do the thing you fear the death of fear is gone. If you sense that you fear something just do it, in an automated manner. What you've got to loose? All barriers are in your mind. Believe me that they were so many people who had unbelievable much greater obstacles and become successful anyway. Let you be too. - DISCIPLINE & SYSTEMATIC WORK.
You do the things whether you like it or not. Ability to [1] be specific, [2] immediate execute all the plans "do it now" is the winner altitude, but where it causes lots of problems on the beginning, in time you begin to work a habit to make things do immediately (without much thinking on them, where there is no need to do that) and you begin to enhance your life on better. It's the most important value: sense of urgency.
READING IS POINTLESS, UNLESS YOU DO.
You would get sooner or faster to the point when you've got enough knowledge (there is never enough knowledge) when you feel you need to do something. Most people end on reading and that's the biggest factor of their failure, because they're afraid (deeply, not saying it) to try. You won't never fuck a girl, make a business, grab this deal, earn money if you won't make an action.
Successful people are doers rather than thinkers, only thinkers. Keep it in mind and go to work, making things happen. Where in the very beginning it would be hard, in the end you would have bunch of people working for you and you could relax and have leisure for the rest of you're life... but would you?
Work is addictive. Start to pursue your dreams now.
